How do I submit maintenance requests?

The owner of the property is ultimately responsible for maintenance on the property, so if you have a request, you will be able to either reach out to them directly or submit a formal request through our third party maintenance coordinator, Latchel or +1,206-717-8374 They will then source a vendor and flag the issue to the owner in a timely manner.  You can submit a maintenance request via your Nomad Portal.

How do I get in touch with the owner if I need something?

We welcome and encourage you to communicate directly with your homeowner for things like utilities, painting a wall, or questions about the security system. You can find their contact information at the bottom of your Resident Portal dashboard.
