Winter Snow Removal
In 2024 and 2025, we had two major snow accumulation weather events. Property owners and renters are responsible for snow removal in front of the townhouse sidewalk as part of the HOA and The City of Falls Church rules. Our WrensWay contracts with a local company to remove and salt the community pavement and sidewalks, yet shoveling around the car/parking is still necessary. And at times, the sidewalk if there is too much snow in between snow removals.
Backyard Snow Caution:
We highly recommend the tenant use one or two outdoor mats, as the backyard cement slab can become slippery!
